La Fornace Inn
“Locanda La Fornace” is the estate restaurant, surrounded by green woods, where you can enjoy Tuscan specialties and, of course, the extra virgin olive oil and wines of Badia di Morrona.
All the ingredients used are seasonal and local.
Dishes not to be missed include fresh homemade pasta dishes, Florentina steaks cooked on the large outdoor grill, and traditional game dishes.
